Appointment Deposit, Cancellation & No-Show Policy: To reserve your appointment, a deposit is required at the time of booking. Once ongoing care has been established, deposits will no longer be required for future visits. Your deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service. By scheduling an appointment, you authorize Wellness by Marissa LLC to charge the payment method on file for deposits, late cancellation fees, missed appointment fees, and any outstanding balances associated with your care. Because appointment times are reserved specifically for you, 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the deposit. 60-minute appointment: $50 deposit 90-minute appointment: $75 deposit 2-hour appointment: $100 deposit • No-Shows: Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice will result in the full cost of the scheduled service being charged to the payment method on file. • Rescheduling: If you reschedule with more than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will transfer to your new appointment. • Refunds: Refunds are subject to payment processing fees, which will be deducted from the refunded amount. These fees are charged by the payment processor and are non-refundable once the transaction has been completed.
